CUSTOMIZE MY TRIPThe most reliable seasons for the Everest Base Camp trek are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). During these months, skies are generally clear, temperatures are moderate, and mountain views are at their best. Spring also brings blooming rhododendron forests, while autumn offers crisp air and excellent visibility after the monsoon.
Trekkers must obtain two permits to enter the Everest region: the Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit and the Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Permit. These permits support conservation efforts and local infrastructure within the Khumbu Valley.
