Trip Introduction:-

Yala peak climbing  is the practical climbing peak in the Langtang region, the north of Kathmandu. It is combined with wonderful Langtang Valley trekking.This trekking region is a narrow valley, nearby Kathmandu city and located on the boarder of Tibet. This region is inhabited by Tibetans and Tamangs. The region is a rural landscape comprising of villages, terraced farms and forests with green hills and the white Himalayan ranges.The holy lake Gosaikunda, many Himalayan peaks like: Langtang-ri, Langtnag Lirung, Dorge Lhakpa Peak are the beauties of this region. Also the valley is famous for experiencing a different life style, customs, and tradition of Himalayan people. Langtang valley trekking is really amazing experience of Tamang people culture & its natural beauties.

April 2015 Nepal was hit by big  earthquake a huge wall of snow, rock and ice broke off Langtang Lirung peak and hurtled unseen towards Langtang village, burying within seconds the large village and everyone in it.Now Everything are fine and running well you will get all facilities for normal life running.

Outline Itinerary:-

  • Day 01:     Landed at Kathmandu, Meet Pariwar Holiday Representative, & meet guide, transfer to Hotel.
  • Day 02:     Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley and trek preparation.
  • Day 03:     Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi (1,550m/5,100ft): 7-8 Hours
  • Day 04: Trek from Syabrubeshi to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6 Hours
  • Day 05: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3543m/11,621ft): 6-7 Hours
  • Day 06: Trek from Langtang Village to Kyangjin Gumpa (3,870m/12,697ft): 4-5 Hours
  • Day 07: Acclimatization in Kyangjing Gumba (Rest Day)
  • Day 08: Trek from Kyangjing Gumba to Yala Peak Basecamp (4,800m/ 15748ft): 6 Hours
  • Day 09: Summit to Yala Peak 5500m and back to Kyanjin Gumba (3830m/ 18805.ft) :8Hours
  • Day 10: Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel: 6-7 Hours
  • Day 11: Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabrubeshi: 4-5 Hours
  • Day 12: Drive from Syabrubeshi to Kathmandu: 6-7 Hours
  • Day 13: International airport drop, final departure.

After arrival at Kathmandu International airport,make visa,clear all your Bags and luggage’s and you meet Pariwar Holidays airport Representative who will assist you to transfer your hotel.Our representative will help you to check into your designated hotel, then you will be briefed about your daily program. This is your first overnight in the Kathmandu valley.

After having breakfast at hotel, we will take your sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley a city of history and full of culture for tourist. The city presents an interesting holy mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and western influence of mix Culture. There will be a day guided tour to the famous and biggest Hindu Temple of Pashupatinath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal Boudhanath, Swoyambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Kathmandu Durbar Square, all of them are UNESCO World Heritage sites, return to hotel and you will have some time to buy trekking gear if you need and overnight at your hotel.

You’ll start the day with a bus (about 7-8 Hours) to Syabru Beshi, the traditional gateway to Langtang and Gosaikunda Region. On the way we get to view the enchanting panorama of the Himalaya, including the Annapurnas, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and the peaks of the Langtang region.

The trek for the day starts right after breakfast. Terraced fields and dense forest with a variety of plant species like oaks, maple, alder and bamboo open up. The walk is pleasant with scenic stops by waterfall and river view. We arrive at Lama Hotel where we conclude the trek for the day.

Morning pleasant walk through the trail progresses, it becomes steeper. We have the most exotic sights of Langtang Lirung the rhododendron and pine forests for 3 hours takes us to Ghoda Tabela. From Ghora Tabela, the valley opens wide and tail climbs gradually to Langtang village.

The trail goes through rich yak pastures and interesting traditional villages of Muna to Singdun. The trail continous to follw the Langtang river, climbing steeply through a forest of hemlocks, mapples and rhododendrons forest. Gompa is a serene and beautiful place that allows us to have the scenic views of Mt. Ganchhenpo and Mt. Langtang Lirung. The cheese factory, the monasteries and the traditional local houses are the main attractions of this short trip.

Today is the Rest Day for acclimatization,we walk around the nearby and ready for yala base camp.

The winding roads along the mountainous landscapes take us up to the Yala Base Camp. Normally a six-hour continuous climb over the hills will take us to the pick. We will stay in a tent camp tonight. There are no any settlements in this area.

Early in the morning, we will have our breakfast on the tent camp and head towards the Yala Peak, our destination of the Climb. The winding roads will take us to the top of the summit from where we can enjoy the clear view of high mountains and beautiful views of the tranquil landscapes of the Langtang region. The surrounding Himalayas include Langtang Lirung (7227m), Langtang II (6596m), and other peaks. After enjoying the views we start to descend to Kyanjin Gumba. On reaching Kyanjin Gumba Overnight at Lodge.

we take the route back to Lama Hotel from Kyangjin Gompa. We follow the Langtang Khola to Langtang village and on to Ghora Tabela. Finally stay at Lama Hotel.

After having early breakfast at lodge, we start our drive back same road way to Kathmandu, check in to the hotel and overnight at Hotel.
