Trip Introduction:-

The Everest Base Camp Trek is one of the popular trekking routes in the Himalayas. Every year thousand of trekkers visited everest region. Trekking on the legendary foothills just below the Everest.  With breathtaking  views of the himalayas Range are found on this trek. Trekkers  usually fly By Helicopter from Kathmandu to Lukla. So they save time and energy before beginning the trek to Everest base camp. However, trekking to Lukla is possible by foot also. There are no roads from Kathmandu to Lukla and as a result, the only method of transporting large and heavy goods is by Plane or Helicopter.

This trek brings an unforgettable experience of the overwhelming vistas of the Everest Himalayan chain of Khumbu region, which consists of five of the world’s highest mountains: Mt. Everest (8,848m), Mt, Makalu (8,463m), Mt, Cho Oyo (8153m), Mt. Lhotse (8,501m) and Mt. Lhotse Shar (8,393m).

From Lukla, climbers start trek upward to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar, 3,440 metres (11,290 ft), following the valley of the Dudh Kosi river,which is a central hub of the area. Typically at this point, climbers allow a day of rest for acclimatization. Then they trek another two days to Dingboche, 4,260 Metres (13,980 ft) before resting for another day for further acclimatization.Another two days takes them to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep, the flat field below Kala Patthar, 5,545 metres (18,192 ft).

Outline Itinerary:-

  • Day 01:     Landed at Kathmandu, Meet Pariwar Holiday Representative, & meet guide, transfer to Hotel.
  • Day 02:     Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley and trek preparation.
  • Day 03:     Helicopter Flight to Lukla 2,840 meter and Trek to Phakding 2,670 meter – 5 hrs.
  • Day 04:     Trekking Manjo- jorsalle to Namche – Bazaar 3,460 m – 07 hrs.
  • Day 05:     Acclimatization or Rest day at Namche Bazaar, Visit Nearest Places.
  • Day 06:     Trekking Namche-Bazar to Thyangboche 3,880 m – 7 hrs.
  • Day 07:     Trekking from Thyangboche to Dingboche 4,250 m – 06hrs.
  • Day 08:     Another rest day for acclimatization At Dingboche, Visit Nearest place
  • Day 09:     Trekking from Dingboche to Lobuche 4,940 meter – 06 hrs.
  • Day 10:     Trekking to Everest Base Camp 5,370 meter,then  to Gorakshep 5,180 m – 06 hrs.
  • Day 11:     Trekking to Kalapathar 5,545 m and back to Pheriche 4,260 meter – 07 hrs.
  • Day 12:     Trek to Kyanjuma 3,665 m from Pheriche 4260 meter – 06 hrs walks.
  • Day 13:     Trekking down Namche then to Monjo 2,880 m  – 7 hrs.
  • Day 14:     Trek to Lukla airport – 5 hours.
  • Day 15:     Fly back to Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel for rest.
  • Day 16:     International airport drop, final departure.

After arrival at Kathmandu International airport,make visa,clear all your Bags and luggage’s and you meet Pariwar Holidays airport Representative who will assist you to transfer your hotel.Our representative will help you to check into your designated hotel, then you will be briefed about your daily program. This is your first overnight in the Kathmandu valley.

After having breakfast at hotel, we will take your sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley a city of history and full of culture for tourist. The city presents an interesting holy mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and western influence of mix Culture. There will be a day guided tour to the famous and biggest Hindu Temple of Pashupatinath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal Boudhanath, Swoyambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Kathmandu Durbar Square, all of them are UNESCO World Heritage sites, return to hotel and you will have some time to buy trekking gear if you need and overnight at your hotel.

<p>After having early breakfast at hotel in Kathmandu, we will drop you to Kathmandu airport and take an scenic Helicopter flight to the small mountain valley airport Lukla, after reaching at Lukla, then start trekking following the left bank of the Dudh Koshi river, it is easy trekking and takes about 4-5 hrs to reach at Phakding, overnight at lodge.</p>

After having breakfast at lodge, we start our trek and the trekking follows the Dudh Koshi river, crossing few bridges to reach at Monjo village and into Sagarmatha National Park. Walk on gradual path by the bank of the river and in afternoon time climbing up reach at famous Namche Bazaar with views of Everest-Nuptse and Lhotse on walks. At Namche-Bazaar transfer to lodge and wander around Namche-Bazaar.

It is an ideal place to spend a rest day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Everest base camp and for the acclimatization, we walk up to Khumjung village through Everest view hotel in Syangbuche and you will see the beautiful view of the Himalayas including Mt.Everest, on this day take a short hike to Namche view point with its interesting museum full of information of Sherpa people culture-mountaineering.The top of Namche offers grand views of Mt. Everest-Lhotse-Nuptse with Magnificent Amadablam peaks towards north.

After having breakfast at lodge, we start our trek with the ridge trail and flat level mountain path scenic pleasant path with few ups and downhill overlooking views of Everest and Amadablam, as the walk leads into patch of Rhododendron forest to the Tengbuche monastery, check into the lodge and you will have time to visit around and to the Monastery as well if you are interested.

After having breakfast at lodge, we start our trekking with descending through Rhododendron forest to the Imja Khola and cross exciting suspension bridge on it and walk passing by a long Mani stone wall to enter the village of Pangboche, it is the biggest settlement in this region. After this you see other villages like Pheriche, Thukla, Dingboche .Finally trail leads to another beautiful Sherpa village Dingboche.

Dingbuche is the another acclimatization day and there are some breathtaking views of the North face of Ama Dablam and the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge as we explore this beautiful valley that leads up to Island Peak, Choose any trek towards amadablam or Island peak for view and acclimatization.

After breakfast at lodge, start climbing towards Thukla, enjoy the prayers wall and mane wheels along the trails. The trail is gentle looking down to Pheriche village below, today's walk offers views of the Mt. Tawache, Ama Dablam and to the north-Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m) and the great wall of Nuptse.On this trail you will see Yaks and Mountain Goat, continue trekking up to Lobuche.

You are on your way to your dreamland, following the rocky moraine path, view icy glacial pond and icebergs down below of Khumbu glacier, we start our Himalayan journey to the Everest Base camp now your dream has come true you have successfully reached at the Everest Base Camp, then after visiting sometime in the Base Camp and surroundings, we return to Gorekshep for our overnight stay.

Early morning, we climb to Kala Patthar (5545m.) peak to enjoy the view of sunrise,which is the highest point of this trek.From here you have a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more, after seeing the sunrise we trek down to Gorekshep and have breakfast and start trekking down to Pheriche,

After having breakfast at lodge, we will trek down through the hillside blanketed by juniper trees. If it’s spring, pink and red rhododendron flowers ablaze our surroundings,and overnight at Kyanjuma.

We retrace our steps down with a Trek back to Namche and do an overnight at the bustling & hustling village town of Monjo .

After having breakfast at lodge, we start our trek to Lukla losing much altitude and easy also finally today is our last day at Mountain Trekking.Over night at Lukla

<p>We will have an early breakfast and walk to Tenzing & Hillary Lukla airport and a short scenic in Helicopter bring you back in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel in Kathmandu, your day is free and overnight at hotel.</p>

You will be transferred to the Kathmandu international airport for your final departure to your loving home with excellent memory and overwhelming adventure of a lifetime on Everest base camp trekking.
