Trek Preparations:-
Prepare to take long drive from 8-9 hours to Aiselukharka from Kathmandu to begin this trek. And while returning, prepare to take a short and scenic flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. Also, do regular exercises like jogging, aerobics and short trekking or hiking if possible to enhance your stamina.
